There will be an Elm City TC long run planned this Sunday, August 30th, at 9:00 a.m. If interested, we will meet at Erik's house (25 Rockwood Rd., Keene), run between 16-20 miles, cool down swim in the pool, and stretch.
Please email Erik (ekress@sau29.org) if interested. All abilities welcome, but adults only please.
Bay State Marathon is now only 8 weeks away and Elm City only has one entrant to date.

I am out of town this weekend. I will start the group long runs soon. Next weekend I am doing the Swanzey Covered Bridges Half Marathon. With a warmup/cooldown I am going to make it 20 miles.
