Racing Team Wednesday Workout
7/1/09: 12 x 400 meters with 200m jog recovery, 400m recovery after first set of 6. Intervals to be done at 5k race pace.
7/8/09: 8 x 400 meters with 200m jog recovery. Intervals to be done 5-10 seconds faster than 5k race pace.
7/15/09: 4 x Mile with 400m jog recovery. Intervals to be done at or around 5k race pace.
7/22/09: 6 x 1000 meters with 400m recovery jog. Intervals to be done at 5k race pace.
7/8/09: 8 x 400 meters with 200m jog recovery. Intervals to be done 5-10 seconds faster than 5k race pace.
7/15/09: 4 x Mile with 400m jog recovery. Intervals to be done at or around 5k race pace.
7/22/09: 6 x 1000 meters with 400m recovery jog. Intervals to be done at 5k race pace.
